This department is responsible for tracking all transactions and events related to the business, controlling expenditures, safeguarding the assets and resources and generating periodic financial statements. Managing daily operations of the community like preparation of community budget, delinquent reports, statement of accounts, etc. through transparency, regular reporting, historical trends and clear audit trails.

A Cloud Software Platform was adopted in AOAMS to offer smarter and more efficient way of managing properties. The cloud software is used to expand and enhance the range and quality of services provided to buildings and communities by connecting managers with customers and suppliers, helping to create more livable communities. The system is offering timely accounting reports to management, clients, RERA, etc. whenever it is needed.
