Facility Management

The facilities management team ensures that the common facilities and its services meets the needs of the residents of the communities through consistent enforcement and regular follow-ups on maintenance requests. This includes management and supervision of the OAs’ services providers for cleaning, security, MEP, landscaping and irrigation services and Assets management. Also as part of the cost monitoring initiative adopted by the company the department will work on re- organizing the labor utilization and negotiate contracts with service providers to ensure the optimum utilization of resources.
